Just like other members of this family, the program creates an illusion that your system is infected and then offers getting its full version so you could remove malicious files. It fabricates system scans and warns using fake pop up messages. Beware of Windows Perfprmance Adviser and remove it from your system as it is just a scam created by ciber criminals.
